I'm not doing anything to celebrate Mardi Gras... nor have I really ever beyond a fun run last year because a local running store manager was from New Orleans and wanted to host a run around the neighborhood followed by jambalaya and King Cake and Abita (delicious New Orleans beer) and giveaways, so I'll have to pretend I'm doing that again this year.
I just found this recipe for King Cake on Mother Nature Network, but because I'm unprepared, I won't be making it today... but I may do it later for a belated celebration!
